This includes methods such as mechanical drag scraping, hydro-jetting, and swabbing. Attendees will have the opportunity to view sample visuals of pipes before and after cleaning.
Equipment Showcase
Explore the specialized spray-application rig, including its key components: pump, air compressor, hoses, and control panel. We’ll highlight the automated control systems that regulate mixing and application rates, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
Spray Head Installation & Lining Demonstration
Watch a live demonstration of the spray head unit being installed and advanced through the pipe using a cable or robotic crawler. Observe the lining application in real time, showcasing how the system maintains consistent thickness—confirmed by lining printouts every 15 seconds.
